Sure the first episode (let alone season) for the upcoming television adaptation of The Walking Dead has yet to reach a TV set near you, but AMC has already decided to renewed the series for a second season. While this is most likely due to the enormous following that the series has already gotten after being shown off at San Diego Comic-Con and then being released online sometime later, you have to imagine that AMC has been possibly won over by the end result of Frank Darabont and Robert Kirkman’s work on the debut season of the show enough to support it… well, blindly.
Walking Dead fans rejoice. This is your time.

If you were in attendance at this year’s Fan Expo in Toronto, you’re undoubtedly aware that Daredevil’s certainly going to be going through some rough times over the next couple of months leading up to the finale of the ongoing Daredevil series.
Following December’s Shadowland: After The Fall one-shot, Marvel will be capping off the current run of Daredevil and kicking off a brand new four part mini-series called Daredevil: Reborn. Fortunately for us, cover artist Jock has been so kind as to share the first issue’s cover via his Twitter page (click on the image for a larger version):

While the post has since been removed, we’ll hopefully have more info within the next couple weeks. What are your theories on the fate of Matt Murdock? Any chance that Daredevil will ever be the same in the post-Shadowland Marvel U?

Fans of Terry McGinnis that were in attendance at this year’s Baltimore Comic-Con were certainly pleased to learn that the current Batman Beyond mini-series won’t be the last we see of the future Batman as DC has definitive plans to turn it into an ongoing series. What’s still unknown is firstly if the current creative team working on the mini, namely writer Adam Beechen and artist Ryan Benjamin, will be returning to helm the new series once it takes off. Secondly, DC has yet to announce exactly when the new series is set for release.
