Earlier today during Marvel’s latest “Next Big Thing” conference call, writers Rick Remender, Jeff Parker, Rob Williams and artist Tony Moore broke the news that, beginning early next year, a crossover of characters would be appearing in Remender’s current Venom title.

The cast, according to this afternoon’s liveblog of the call, will be made up of Parker’s Red Hulk, Remender’s Venom, Williams’ new Ghost Rider and X-23 as well. The locale is set for Las Vegas and will feature a “supernatural adventure with major ramifications”.

The series will be released weekly beginning in February 2012 with Venom #13 and running through 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, 13.4 and concluding in Venom #14 which will go on sale in March. Rick Remender, Jeff Parker and Rob Williams will be writing the books. Tony Moore will be providing the art while Stefano Caselli will be on covers.
