With Fear Itself still rockin’ away in the pages of your favorite Marvel comics, The Fearless planned as a follow-up and Shattered Heroes as a follow-up to that, it would seem completely insane to get the ball rolling on the next, next, next big thing for 2012… but if you actually believe that then you’re clearly not up to speed on how Marvel works.

Arriving later this year is an over-sized one-shot titled Point One that will feature stories from the Marvel architechs such as Brian Michael Bendis, Matt Fraction and more that will highlight the upcoming events of the Marvel U. We’ve got our first couple pieces of promo art from that book including a shot of Nova, drawn by Ed McGuinness, as well as a teaser by Bryan Hitch that features an army of Ultrons.
