It’s been a long time now, as in “a 7 months-long-time“, but we’re back for one more round. Looks like DC’s not the only one who knows how to reboot something.

While back in the old days we kept it simple and only focused on comics and the like, we’ve expanded our horizons, embraced other forms of entertainment and made the site much more accessible for more people. We’re going to be expanding over the coming weeks to supply you with content from different forms of entertainment including video gaming, movies and music to name a few, while continuing to focus on comics and graphic novels as well.

Joining the team is Rob Brambilla, video gamer and comic book connoisseur, whom many will remember from the days of the Panels of Awesome podcast and more recently Longbox Radio. Rob will be the website’s new Video Games Editor.

POA newcomer Tim Horn will be covering all things movies including news, reviews and whatever crosses his mind throughout the day and will be the Movies Editor for the site. Repeat visitors will remember him from old podcasts that we ran last year.

Those of you that have visited the site for some time now already know me but, for those of you that don’t, I’m Mike and I started up this monster back in 2007. I’ll be handling the comics side of things as POA’s Comics Editor.

We’ve got plenty of ideas and projects in the works but if you’re looking for a quick fix, look no further than our archives to get you caught up on whatever POA news we left you with before our break or take one of our newly launched podcasts for a spin while we get settled in around here. Also be sure to follow us on Twitter for updates as well if you haven’t already done so.
