Had a chance to visit DC Comics website lately? Well, if you have, odds are you’ve had a chance to check out the newly launched online comic store. The shop, powered by Comixology, can be used to buy comics which can then be synced with the various devices that use the already released DC Comics app including iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

Could this be a cue to Marvel to open up something similar for their books? Sure they’ve got Marvel Digital Comics Unlimited but having the ability to sync accounts or comics with other devices is certainly a nice feature that I’d like to see implemented by more companies down the road.
